The Angry Chourico BBQ

Another great Belvidere Victorian days with plenty to see and do In town.
Around 4pm, we decided to stop by this food truck to order a specialty chicken sandwich on ciabatta with aioli sauce and the Mac & Cheese.
I asked the young lady if all the menu items were still available and she said yes. As I was waiting, I tried a few bbq sauces and they were really great, homemade and HOT!
The Mac & cheese was great ($7) loaded with cheese and flavorful.
The chicken sandwich was nothing more than a Tyson breaded patty smothered in the homemade bbq sauce, piled high with shredded iceberg lettuce on an ordinary hamburger bun! Not sure what happened but not worth the $11 and really disappointing. A hiccup for sure.
Oh, and one star for those little custard tartlets sitting in the window!

Track this truck down! There's no trick - it's called Angry Chouriço, and that's what you want to order. It's spicy, meaty, flavorful, an amazing value. The slider is $5. That's what I photographed. That bomb.com is just a SLIDER. The full sandwich is at least twice that size!! These guys are out of Phillipsburg and I can't wait for them to be everywhere. Welcome delicious Portuguese sausage to the truck scene! (It's not a truck yet. Don't let that stop you.)

Excellent food and service! We had them prepare a luncheon for our employees. The quality of food was superb, Ed knows how to cook! and the portions were enormous.

Delicious ribs bbq smoked brisket Mac and cheese and bbq loaded pork fries. Amazing food that has to be tried. You won't regret it!

We stopped at Angry Chouriço today for a late lunch, we had the Cream of Broccoli Soup and the Crispy Pork Sandwiches; everything was delicious! You must stop and see Eddie and his crew when you are in the area!!!

Great little find! We just happened to drive by and it was quick, easy & delicious. I ate the whole tray of fries before I got home!! We didn't order much but the food fed us for days!!

We had Chef Ed of The Angry Chourico BBQ do all the catering at our Fundraising Event and I have to tell you. I had people coming up to me and were raving about his food!!! The next day on social media, people were talking about his food! I totally agree, if you think this Chef is just doing a fabulous Food Truck business, you must use him for a formal event.. He is extremely professional and goes way out of his way to make sure you and your guest don't leave hungry and wanting to eat more. We thank you for taking care of us and making sure that our CFSD Event was filled with delicious food from the Appetizers on the table, to the soup and all 5 courses!!!! We are grateful to have met you and your lovely family. Can't wait to plan another event soon!!!
