The customer service is top notch! It's Mothers Day so they were busy but still took the time
To be tentative, apologetic and pleasant. Great Customer Service never gets old and is appreciated.
This is the best Sea bass I have ever had and that says a lot because I am a foodie and eat out very often. Cooked to perfection and so flavorful.

We loved the Capital Grill!
The food was great! Not amazing, but great.
The service was excellent and the atmosphere welcoming and comfortable. A little cramped. However, I am 6' 3" and not thin, so for the average person it should be comfortable.
HUGE portions! So order accordingly.

I have been on a hunt lately for the best onion soup in the valley! And I think I found it here at The Capital Grille. It was really savory and the cheese on it was just absolutely stunning. I had a glass of Sauvignon Blanc to go with it and it was wonderful. I also had the Caesar salad with salmon! It was great! The salmon could've had a little bit more salt, but that's just me. I sat at the bar and the service was amazing. I'm so glad I finally found the best French onion soup in the city. If you like French onion soup like I do you gotta go to the capital Grille.

We really appreciated our wonderful dining experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service.
The calamari was absolutely delicious and quite original in its preparation, and the Wagyu steak was simply amazing. The accompanying potatoes were a delightful complement to the meal. The extensive selection of bourbons and wines impressed us, and the prices were very reasonable considering the quality of the offerings.
i do have one suggestion: making a reservation ahead of time would be advisable. We also noticed that parking can be challenging but there is valet parking. I came here for my partner's birthday and it was pretty flawless. Little cutouts reading Happy Birthday were scattered over the white tablecloth, a nice touch. The service was impeccable. We were promptly delivered a basket of breads that were simply delectable. Not sure which I loved more, the sweet brownie bread with raisins or the crispy flatbread. For our entrees we ordered the bone-in rib eye and the steak au poivre, both cooked to a perfect medium rare and bursting with flavor. A nice surprise was finding my favorite wine on their exhaustive list-- Orin Swift's Palermo, which paired beautifully with our steaks. Finally they brought out a dessert late with flourless chocolate cake and cheesecake topped with crème brulee. All delicious. Portions are huge and we took a lot of steak home. Perfect place to splurge on special ingredients.

Tonight we had a redemption dinner, Tomahawk steak, Sam's Mash Potato's, manhattan & an espresso martini. Manager Matt got us in on short noticed and ensured we were taken care of.
Our servers Dylan was not attentive and his colleague Brandon picked up the slack. After waiting 20 minutes for drinks we finally enjoyed our Tomahawk.

Great food and service.
The wonderful non helpful and non friendly hostess team are snobbish and not welcoming. They seat you where you are not readily visible if you are a person of color.
On Mother's Day all the guests of color were seated in the overflow dining room. When I looked to see whether there were any people of color in the main dining room. There were none. Came here for lunch with my annual ornament exchange group. This location is centralize for us and I love how Biltmore decorates for the holidays. Make a reservation! They were crazy business, I had to valet my car (no spots available at all). Yes it was that crazy for lunch during the holidays. We were seated in the perfect area for 8 of us. The server came to greet us quickly, got our drink orders, and give us some time to review the lunch menu. She also went over the specials they had for the day. I have been feeling like a steak for over a week, I had to be the Ribeye Steak Sandwich with Havarti (hold the onions please). It was served on a grilled French loaf and a side of french fries. Too bad, I did not see I could have paired with with creamed spinach. Next time! During the entire lunch I never had to ask for a refill on my ice tea or water. They are ON it!

Capital grille is by far my favorite place to eat in Arizona. Wether it's the lamb chops, the porcini rubbed ribeye or the petite filet, capital grille is always my first choice.
Other than having absolutely delicious food, it seems like their service is always the best too.
The pan fried calamari and the filet are always my go to's here! Paired with either the asparagus and lobster mac and cheese, or the brussel sprouts and the lobster mac and cheese.
