The Container Store

I had a 20% off coupon that was valid but they refused to honor it, lost a customer permanently over a couple dollars. Told me I had to use it online then pick up the order because they couldn't figure out how to put the code in. Overpriced plastic that you can get exact copies of on Amazon or temu for cents on the dollar.

We'll back to a hybrid work schedule and I needed to move some things around my Elfa set up.

Stopped by this location and parking was great. Lots of spaces at the structure right next to The Container Store.
As I walked in, the cashier line was 15- 20 people deep. What the heck???!!!

I went to the areas I thought where I would find what I needed and there's no rhyme or reason how they organized this store.
I wasn't able to find what I needed and there was no help to be found. I wandered through the store hoping to find what I needed on my own.
No such luck. I luckily ran into a manager and asked her where I could find what I needed - turns out, its not on the floor and she has to go to the back to get it for me.
WHAT THE HECK!!!!!!! I've been wandering around for 20 some minutes.

I didn't have the size info so I had to get that info and go back.
I think I'll just order it online and save myself some time.

I love this store, the people are very knowledgeable and helpful. It's a popular location so things do go quick during certain times of the year, but they replenish on a regular and you can order from the incoming stock which is nice to just pick up! I have embarked on a journey to get organized and they have all kinds of options, it's a homemakers playground!!

The Container Store needs to stop selling, "Richard's Moth Repellent herbal sachets." It does just the opposite. Yesterday I looked in my closet in absolute HORROR to see a
"live moths farm "on the sachet and a giant hole on my new cashmere-sweater, behind the sachet, where they are feeding. Small white winged moths crawling all over. It happened to another sweater and there's holes in all my wool clothes as they migrated to other sweaters in my closet. I'm complaining to this manufacturer asap.
I'm writing to warn others, don't use this product!!!! I found other reviewers on Amazon who had the same horrible experience with it !!

I just Wanted to take a minute to write a review about my experience at the container store on Sunday 8/23/2020.

If you've never been to the container store you are in for a treat. While I had to wait in line outside for about 20 minutes to get in, I found the wait to be well worth it once I was inside.

The container store has storage and organizational things in every shape and size and somethings come in fun colors. It's best to wear comfortable shoes since you might be there for awhile since it's hard not to go up and down each aisle.

When I went to checkout I had a very nice and helpful store associate by the name of Cynthia H helping me. She provided excellent customer service and help to make my experience at the container store one that I wanted to write a yelp review about.

If you have storage or organizational needs, run don't walk (or maybe drive) to your nearest container store, you will be glade you did.

One more thing if you sign up for there POP rewards program ( it's free) you can get 15% off your bill and it can be used the same day you sign up (sign up on there website)

We happen to walk in here this past Saturday to re-organize our closet space. We entered with no appointment, kind of an idea of what we wanted, and hoped for the best. Pauline was the person who helped us, and she was not only talented, but extremely kind and patient. She walked us through every step of the way, and we feel very lucky to have worked with her. From when we walked in, to when we left, it was about an hour and a half, and we walked away with a closet design. We were very happy with. Great job.

you know, there's just some places you need to have because where else would you find them? The container store has been here for years but don't park on the lower level if you plan on getting alot of stuff.

Came here multiple times thinking i'd find exactly what I need but then I look at the price tag and rethink my organizational design.

Seems like they added a custom closet organizing department for those needing that kind of service.

I'd probably rate it higher if I lived nearby but this was at least a 30 min drive to get here.

Shout out to Marcos for his amazing customer service! Super nice and hard working! Such a pleasant experience to shop at this store. I have purchased everything from intermetro shelves, plastic organizers, and rubberized hangers. I have also utilized the store pickup option. Thanks for the helping hand for all of my organizing needs.

This store has all your organizational needs. Perfect for OCD people that like order. Store locations are not convenient, closest one to the IE is in Costa Mesa. Small organizational items they sell you can find at TJ MAXX/Home Goods and even Amazon for way cheaper. But if you plan on checking the store out, make a day of it!! It's located in a very nice shopping area.

My newest addiction and I never know what to buy because I want everything! They have so many cool things that will definitely allow you to tidy up back at home.

They even have a pretty cool seasoned section filled with cool stuff for Christmas. Storage containers, gift wrap, bows, and so much more.

My favorite section is the area in the back where you can find many items to store your art supplies. I can never decide which one I want and can spend a good 10 minutes in this aisle.

They have mobile order and you can pick up at the back of store which is really cool.

The lady at the register was so sweet and allowed me to use my 15% off even though I just signed up.
