Good morning Lisa,

My wife and I were going to hand over the key today. When we arrived, we got some chairs and a new bike. They voted for my bicycle and threw my chairs in the trash. It is a lack of respect because our contract expires on May 3. We were not going to take the key. Then, in the end, the bicycle appeared. There needs to be more respect and professional ethics. Due to the lack of customer service, many people are staying in this place.

The place is actually nice for as small as it is and the staff are nice people buuuuut they are pretty overpriced for a one bedroom and parking if you have two cars is a complete nightmare! I have pricey tools in my car and am forced to park in the side street due to there parking situation in the complex itself. The thing is there's like 40 spots inside the actual apartments available but management does not make them available to anybody for some stupid reason therefore, you have to risk break-ins or being towed on the side street if you have an apartment of two or more people with two or more cars. $2100 for a one bedroom is ridiculous I me and the girlfriend make decent money and barely afford it!

Ever since Islaney has managed here, she completely ignores me when I walk into the front office!! Every single darn time , she looks the other way or walks away, can't even look at me???? everyone else used to always say hello to me and greet me!! But not this women!! very rude and unacceptable!! she says hi to everyone else though!!! I've been here since April 2021, all the money I pay here and get attitude's like hers!!! that's a shame , really needs to grow up!!! oh she has answered my emails nicely lately, but when she sees me , two faced WOMEN!!! can't stand that fake unacceptable and not professional at all!! yes ISLANEY!!! terrible CUSTOMER RELATIONS!!! Can't stand that FAKE FAKE RUDE UNACCEPTABLE STUFF!! Who's over her Head???? They won't tell you!!! SMH...

Mid review

I lived at the mid for a year and a half. The management company for this property is trash. While the property looks pretty it is a very poorly constructed. I be heard of thin walls but the walls in these apartment are literally paper thin. They advertise "blackout" curtains but at night people can see straight into your living room if your lights are on. Parking is an absolute nightmare. They only give you one parking spot per apartment. This isn't the 1960s...most households have at least two cars. When I first moved there it was $35 a month for an extra space. Then it went up to $50. And when I left it was $100 a month for an extra spot. You have guest coming over? They have to park on the side streets or they run the risk of getting booted or towed. They pay a booting company to patrol the parking lot like they're security. And they roam through the parking 24/7, day and night. Sure the property has a nice pool and gym but the residents there are NASTY. Also they do not follow property "rules." People with dogs leave dog poop all over the property. You come out of the building is smells like dog poop and piss. They increased the rent over $500 for a one bedroom apartment. I was paying roughly $1550 before the increase. So that means they wanted to charge roughly $2000 a month for a one bedroom apartment, on a dead end street, next to the railroad tracks, off Dixie Highway, in Lake Worth. That apartment was nowhere near being worth $2000 a month. Not when the local prostitute and local drug dealers handle their business on that dead end street. The police are in and out of the complex. People have ODed and died, always some type of domestic dispute. Like I said, absolutely not worth $2000. When I moved out, about 14 days, before the official end of my lease, it took the "assistant property manager" those while 14 days to realize I moved out. Like how are you the assistant property manager and you don't know what's going on with your property?? You don't talk to your staff?? Like the communication with this management company is NONEXISTENT. They issued a final bill after I moved out, to which was ridiculous with overpriced charges. They adjusted the bill after several emails back and forth, HOWEVER, this company's billing department has NO IDEA what is actually happening or going on. I've been waiting over a month for them to adjust the bill in the billing department so I can pay it. If the bill is different than what they have in their system you can't pay. This whole company is TRASH. The staff is TRASH. The property is TRASH. Find somewhere else to spend $2000 a month.

I have lived here since November of 2020 and have no complaints whatsoever. Place is clean, staff is great (if there is something wrong in unit, it gets taken care of quickly), pool is great and the gym is definitely one of the best in any apartment complex around. The storm proof windows in the units are also great, you don't hear most noise unless it is near your unit. Everyone I have met have been nice or minds their business. So far no complaints from me. It has been a pleasant experience and hope it remains the same for my time in the place.

Heidi is the most amazing Property Director. She is always extremely helpful. She is such a pleasure to be around. She does an exemplary job here at The Mid.

I was a little skeptical at first when deciding to move in due to the location, but I am so glad I went through with the decision. After living at the MID for about 5 months now, I can honestly say I have enjoyed just about every moment of it! The interior is gorgeous and brand new, the amenities are great, and the staff is always so helpful! They are all simply amazing!!! As far as the price goes, I believe it is fair considering all the buildings are freshly built (not to mention beautifully modern) and the location is nearby the beach. Now, the apartments are a bit on the small side, but the ceilings are high, the utilizes are efficient, and the design is overall awesome. I'm happy!
