Excellent store and a great new addition to Warren! Our dog loves all the natural goodies. He loves the different treats we bring home. We trust the products sold at Pet Bistro. They have a knowledgeable and friendly staff. They have an excellent selection of just about everything for cats and dogs.

Located in a dying stripmall off of busy John R. This is the same stripmall as the small craft brewery.
Inside is a selection of high end dog and cat food, treats, and toys.
The staff was helpful and polite. They have a buyer reward program, which includes 20% off your second purchase.

At The Pet Beastro, we have a bagless initiative to reduce plastic waste. You can purchase our Beastro Bags in-store, and when you use them, you reduce your carbon footprint and have the option to get 20 cents off your bill or donate it to one of our local shelters. T. C.Taylor, États-Unis24211430 mai 2023I have a large, very enthusiastic fluffy, squeaky toy chewer. He has been known to destroy $20 toys inside of an hour. So then he has to wait for a week to get another toy, because I simply cannot afford hundreds of dollars of toys for this guy.
After chatting with one of the people over at TPB, they told me about the Fluff & Tuff brand. I bought 5 several months ago. So far, he's only been able to "desqueak" one of the toys, but he STILL loves playing with it. The other two he likes playing keep away with. I have two in reserve for the future.
While the initial outlay was over $100, the toys are lasting FAR longer than anything else we've found for our big guy. I ordered online and they were delivered to my door! Thanks!

Very sad! This used to be a great place to shop (and I do like to shop local) because I seriously used to learn something and discover new products. Today I went in to pick up an online order and hoping to "shop around" and perhaps pick up something new or fun. The staff was clearly lacking both knowledge and enthusiasm. I could have learned more on Amazon and saved an hour out of my day

Our staff members reflected, thinking they could have asked more clarifying questions to support your visit better. Customer service is very important to us, and we are always happy to help pet parents feed better. Many of our employees have different levels of product knowledge and are always eager to learn and support pet parents. We appreciate it when customers are patient and kind to our team as they learn and advance their expertise. 6 avr. 2015Avis précédentThis is the BEST pet food sore ever!!! I only expect to find this much knowledge and as many outstanding products at a dog show..not in a brick and mortar store.
The great part is that the owner has done all of the research on the ingredients and source so that I don't have to. Yep..might cost a bit more, but well worth it for the peace of mind that I am getting the best for my fur kids!

They have competitive prices, excellent customer service and most important, carry a great selection of "superior brands" like my favorite, Orijen, which is the best dry dog food in the world and worth every penny.
Rather than giving my business to a large corporation, I prefer giving my business to small family owned stores who provide great service like The Pet Beastro.
This is a great little store and apparently many people feel the same way as I do based on the incredible reviews on Yelp. Great selection of competitively priced dog food, toys, supplements, etc. Their greatest selling point is the STAFF--I've found them to be friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and kind.

We stopped by The Pet Beastro primarily because of the convenient location. I was also happy to support a locally owned shop. Finally, I was impressed with the quality brands that The Pet Beastro carries.
This store did not disappoint! We found an excellent selection of the best quality cat foods. (Plenty of dog food and supplies as well!). The Pet Beastro also offers a loyalty program that makes these higher end products more affordable--and will keep us coming back. There are also monthly deals on different products, so it's worth checking for your pets' favorites to stock up.
Although our purchases focused on food, in the future, we may be back for some other goodies. They have water fountains, good quality pet beds, a full array of Yeoww toys (a favorite for our cats), and many other toys.

Love this place. Always helpful. I have been a patron for 10 years. They have so much to offer. I had a pet that had seizures and they suggested more than my Vet could because the Vet doens't deal with holistic. All the suggestions helped stop these aweful seiszures. 10 stars if I could.
