      Is it dog friendly?

      A:

They do have some tables outside that you can probably have your dog with you, but doubt you can bring them inside (unless maybe it's a service dog).

I wanted to try Lan Noodles next door, but my dad said his friends told him this place was really good, so we decided to head here for dinner on a Saturday night.

Place is pretty small, but it was really clean and servers were really friendly. They give you a laminated menu and marker and you just circle what you want.

We got 2 orders of the pan fried pork dumplings, 2 orders of the juicy pork dumplings, pan fried pork buns, and shrimp and pork wontons.

All of the food was excellent. The juicy pork dumplings were comparable to the other xlb places like Din tai fung or thumbling, and I think maybe even a bit tastier. Pan fried dumplings were also really good and just had a really nice texture to them.

A little expensive as it was around $90 total for 3 adults and two kids, but we finished all of the food and all left full and satisfied.

Glad my Dad's friends recommended this place, I'll be sure to check it out again as the stuff we ordered was delicious and we didn't even try anything on the other side of the menu.

Stopped by on a weekday evening for a later dinner and had a good meal. The restaurant felt homey and was quite busy. Parking wasn't too difficult but the plaza can get busy. There was a slight wait to be seated. Service was very friendly and the food came out quickly once we ordered.

I ordered the combination fried rice, spicy wontons, XLB, and pan fried pork dumplings. All the food came out piping hot and was tasty but nothing to write home about. Although I agree that the chili wonton sauce is a bit different than what I was familiar with, it was still pretty tasty (tangy with a thicker sauce) and the wontons had juicy pieces of shrimp! XLBs had a darker flavor (more soy sauce) but were pretty good nonetheless the less.

Overall, a nice comforting meal at a good price point.

Steamed pork buns 5/5 -- This is some of the best tasting ones I've had in the area. It's light, fluffy, the inside had great tasting meat and juice.

Shrimp fried rice 5/5 -- Tasted great and with a good amount of shrimp. It's also enough to share between two.

Pan fried pork dumplings 5/5 -- Juicy, tasty, and lightly crunchy, it was SO GOOD!

Iced tea 5/5 -- strong and not very sweet.

This place is awesome and well worth the try. It was all really great and the gentleman who is both the cashier and host was friendly and professional.

      Food was good!
      Service was great!
It was a tiny little space but it did fit a party of 6 comfortably.

It was all served family style and they added gratuity as well for the larger group I'm assuming. The waiter was super sweet to make a chopstick helper for my niece when we asked.

I enjoyed everything we order but honestly there was something missing flavor wise. I truthfully couldn't put my finger on what it was. Nothing really stood out as amazing to us but we did ultimately enjoy all the food. The chow mein was really flavorful!

I would likely comeback but only if I was in the area. This isn't a spot I would be craving to run back to sadly.

The pan-fried pork buns were delicious. The bottom was golden and crispy and the filling had a burst of umami with every bite.

You can't compare the juicy pork dumplings (aka xiao long bao) here with DTF but it's definitely filled generously. There wasn't as much soup as I'd hoped but the flavor of the filling was so good on its own I didn't even need soy sauce or vinegar to enjoy it so I'd say that made up for it.

We also got an order of the shrimp and pork wonton in chili oil and asked for it to be made very spicy instead of mild but I'm not sure if they made that change. In fact, it was almost sweet as if it was sweet chili oil. It wasn't bad but also not the best I've had.

The service was good and pretty quick and there was plenty of seating on a Monday night.

Senior discount Mon-Thursday $1 off each item .
Plenty of parking available, outdoor / indoor dining options available. Definitely can accommodate large groups here .

Service here was great, the young gentleman spoke English well, it's refreshing to speak to someone and not have to feel awkward and frustrated.
( most Chinese restaurants we visited it's so hard to communicate with the staff ) .

We were seated right away , inside the restaurant feels stale and humid . They really need to open the door or turn on the AC a bit .

My 4 girls love the taste of their shrimps chow mein . I would have to agree with them as well. The noodles were not overly cooked , with a hint of bit , flavors were savory deliciousness.

Shrimps fried rice was a miss for us. No flavor , we thought it was too bland .

Steamed Pork and cabbage was okay , we liked our fried pork and chives dumplings. Crispy but soft texture on top .

Next visit I would like to try their soups .

Been eyeing this dumpling house for a while and finally got a chance to check it out. Clean, cute vibes - so far, so good.

Dumplings galore, they only come in increments of 8 or more and appropriately priced in my opinion.

Tried the juicy pork dumplings (8pc) - not as soupy as expected, but still a flavor bomb. The shrimp and pork wontons in spicy sauce (10pc) were more sweet than spicy and very saucy, but a quick chili oil infusion saved the day. The beef chow fun was a star. Tender beef, slippery noodles - what's not to love?

Overall, delicious, next time I'll bring the crew to explore the menu further.

Food is very good. Service efficient. Restaurant is clean and bright with a water fountain display to welcome diners.
The juicy pork dumplings are good and large sized. And the pan fried shrimp &chicjen dumplings were delicious too. The beef noodle soup was fine- not the best but it'll do to satisfy a craving. The green onion pancakes needed to be cooked longer for crispiness though. If I'm in the area I will return to try other menu items.

Juicy pork dumplings but wasn't that juicy- I guess that's why we didn't get spoons to eat them! But they were big and freshly steamed.

Looking for a dinner spot after shopping at Tokyo Central and came upon this dumpling house.

Hubby and I picked the egg chive pancake, chicken wonton in spicy sauce, and shrimp, pork, chive pan-fried dumplings to try. Even with a full house the place was on point with quick and friendly service. Right outside is a projection of the restaurant's name and a cute water feature when you first come in.

Food came out quickly and was delicious. Got the XLB to-go along with 2 egg chive pancakes.

Definitely will be coming back again to try the other dishes.

We always got beef noodle soup from next door and always see that this place is packed so one day we decided to try this place out if it was any good. Luckily we went in the mid afternoon before the dinner rush so we were the only ones there. Everything was kept very clean and spaced out enough. We ordered the Flavored Beef Noodle Soup (Mild) ($13.99), Green Onion Pancake ($8.99), and Pan Fried Pork Buns ($13.99). We only got our order to go so I can't say much about the service here, but the guy taking our order was very friendly.

It took about 15 minutes for us to get our food so it was a reasonable amount of time. I really liked the pan friend pork buns, although the breading on the outside was a bit thicker than I'm used to. The green onion pancakes had this nice crispiness to it, although I wish that there were more green onions in it. The beef noodle soup was also decent, but they don't hand pull their noodles like the place next door. Everything here was decent, but there's always something that I would have liked better about it.

I do like that they have noodles and dumplings here along with a lot of other dishes that I crave here and there, so it's a nice one stop shop of a variety of dishes. Like I said, I still prefer the beef noodles next door more, but this one is still a good place to go to if other people in your group want different things.
