I came here for some services with Brittany and left absolutely amazed. Dark spots around my nose had been removed and my skin felt extremely soft after getting the best facial done! I will absolutely be back to see her!!

I went in to get botox for the very first time and I love the results. Lena was great. Super knowledgeable and listened to me on what I wanted to make sure the end result was what I wanted. She was friendly and personable.

I went to TIMELESS LASER and this has been and will always be a nightmare that I wish I had never gone through!

NOW I have some textural issues from getting burned with the laser! This has changed my skin dramatically!

I'm still very angry and unhappy because Timless Laser assured me that this laser would assist with my skin issues but now that I've had complications.. Marissa refuses to accept responsibility and claims it's all in my head. Just plain disgusting.

This is a costly experience to go through but I only hope that by INFORMING EVERYONE about what may happen when a laser is used in an excessively high setting with too many passes as well as in the WRONG hands this can be avoided! Go to an expert! You've been warned!

Have had such an amazing experience at timeless laser. I have had a facial and two rounds of a chemical peel. Lena was my nurse who did my chemical peel and she was amazing. I had never done a peel before and was quite nervous. Lena was knowledgeable and answered all my question which put me at ease. A few days later, I noticed a red spot, sent her a picture to make sure everything was fine and She responded right away. She notified me it was just a really dry area and gave me a little bit of their moisturizer to help with the dryness. My skin looks amazing and can't wait for my next peel!

If I could give a bad rating, I would go all out! There are also no visible outcomes, which is a waste of money and time! The owner of Timeless Laser practically forces you to acquire their packages, making misleading claims and withholding key information from clients while upcharging. Be careful when you see Kim. On top of that, the outcome of my face was awful. Please be careful!!

Had a great first experience here for laser hair removal. I did it 5 years ago and needed a touch up in some areas and the machines they have here are great and barely hurt. I'd 10/10 recommend this place due to the machines, staff and overall cleanliness of the place.

I had never been to a med spa and was not sure what to expect, but have had nothing but a great experience here! Prices are reasonable and the salon is clean and beautifully decorated. Crystal and Keely are both incredibly professional, and Caleb at the front desk is a joy to work with!

DO NOT GO THERE. Just received an IPL and it was so painful. I found out that typically this treatment involves numbing cream and they didn't do that. I had no idea how painful this was going to be and then spoke to my mother in law after and she was SHOCKED they did not apply numbing cream before the treatment. If you want to go to a place that takes short cuts by all means go there and enjoy the worst pain ever.

Called specifically asking for botox and the receptionist who's name I believe was Jillian told me they carried it so I proceeded to make an appointment. It was my first time with their injector and although I always get the same area injected I've learned that each injector has slightly different technique so I asked her where exactly she would be injecting which seemed to offend her as she had quite the arrogant flare about her and didn't want to answer questions. She proceeded to inject me and then began explaining care instructions for "Dysport" which confused me since I specifically asked for Botox due to the dairy derivatives in Dysport that I'm highly allergic too. When I told her she showed absolutely no concern for my health let alone apologize and even proceeded to argue with me denying that it has dairy derivatives. She even ignorantly told me that had she known I wanted Botox she would have "talked me out of it" obviously not taking in consideration that the ingredients are different and could have adverse reactions for different people. I reached out to Marissa with a screenshot shot of the ingredients verifying dairy in Dysport and although she apologized and acted concerned in the beginning, she ultimately told me "there's nothing we can do it about it now" as my face swole up and I broke out in hives. I would highly recommend finding an injector with knowledge, professionalism and humility as it's clearly not here

I have never done laser hair removal but carefully researched before choosing a place to visit for this service. I liked the reviews for Timeless Laser and went in totally blind. I was apprehensive about being overcharged, feeling uncomfortable or in pain, etc.

What a relief to find out that this business goes above and beyond to make you comfortable, give you very fair pricing and help you along the process. I am just so happy with the service here. Marissa has been performing my treatments and besides being a really nice person, she also takes time to answer my questions and offer solutions and advice.

So happy with this place. I'm on treatment 2 and seeing a noticeable hair reduction already. (It takes a few treatments since hair grows in cycles, I learned.) I REALLY wish I had done this ten years ago...it only costs marginally more than waxing and hurts like 10x less. Get the package; they give you a good deal and the treatments you buy never expire.
