David Halliburton was excellent. Efficient and extremely helpful. This will be my home base store now because of his service. If you are a manager reading this, I do a lot of work with retail customer service. David is an asset. Be glad you have him on your team.

After 1.5 hours waiting it another 2 hours to buy a replacement phone. No one even said hello when we came in. They just ignored us.

I would give zero if I could.
Verizon is the worst customer service experience I've had.
Dropped calls, mediocre phone service, extremely slow 4g and no 5g whatsoever.
I bought an Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max in 2019 in Medford at Verizon store and I has had nothing but trouble with it. I paid in 2019 $1300 on a brand new iPhone of the year. Since 2020 that I don't have a contract if them anymore. I hate them so much that since 2020 that I'm paying only for a prepaid phone with them.
Here is why, I already called support over 10 times to unlock my phone (since 2019) and not only me, but friendly people tried it too. They say that my phone is already unlocked, because after a month it unlock itself, but it is not AND they don't give me a solution. They are keeping me hostage of their company. I paid for a phone, I want my phone to work wherever I go.
Last year I was out of the country and I couldn't place another chip to use it, so I paid for a very expensive phone that is worthless.
Even knowing there is known problems because they even said they contacted Apple, they won't switch for another, for THE SAME ONE I bought from them although unlocked and not refurbish because isn't what i paid for, now who trust them???
Listen: After all, they offered a "new contract" so they cold "maybe" help me with a solution (is this a joke right??????) I'll never ever sign a contract with a company that make me hostage of them, Verizon is the worst customer service, they are one of the most expensive service with mediocre phone service because it does not work nowhere, Verizon is extremely slow 4g and no 5g whatsoever.
AND LISTEN MORE: On different occasions, the attendant, the supervisor, the tech support all of them we just talked to hung up on us.
It's so frustrating.
I won't just not recommend Verizon, but I will also advise who I can about how horrible Verizon is.
They say a satisfying costumer maybe tell to 1/2 people about the good service, but a dissatisfied costumer will tell a lot of more people about the shit service. I wish I have ever had nothing with Verizon.

"Out to lunch" hand written sign at 3:45pm is what we found hanging in the door, after driving 30 minutes specifically for Verizon. We understand if they are low on staff, but pack your lunch or at least write a time on the sign.

Excellent Technicians at this store, pleasant and friendly. Purchased two new iPhones and the tech, Ritchie, had us out the door in just over an hour. Pretty good time in my experience at other TCC stores in the valley even though the store was empty when we got there.

Scummy staff. The only staff member working was outside smoking when I pulled up, then tried to charge me $10 for a SIM card (which is free from Verizon).

Great Customer service. We bought our new phones and it took several hours to complete the transfer from the old phone to the new ones. We liked how all our questions where answered. Our guy that started the process have to leave but the next technician stayed several hours past the store being closed. We watch 1 and a half movies in the whole process of our phones transferring data. Then we decided to turn in our old phones later (next day). With a better deal on the trade in. Kudos to both these guys!

Came in at 655 and they close at 7. They ran to the door to lock it. Never ever come here. They will treat you like your a pice of garbage

I posted an earlier review of the "gouging" in screen protectant solutions here. The sold me a screen protector for 6 times more than the cost for the same product elsewhere. Now I am updating to include that my screen broke while in my front pocket while buckling my seatbelt months after spending about $100.00 on a screen protector. Verizon should shut this place down.... seriously..

I work in manufacturing and typically a markup of at least 30% is expected but when purchasing a liquid glass screen protectant from TCC they charged me $70.00. The exact same product is available on amazon for under $15.00. Shame on me for not doing better research but shame on the manager Nick for charging (or gouging) such an exorbitant rate.
Hopefully this review will help others save the $55.00 to protect their phone. Get it here and register it, it's the same thing.

I would give them a zero if I could. Only one employee there worth his weight. The others do not greet you or make you feel welcome.
But the topper:
I tried to return a defective phone charger, but they refused because the package was torn. Passing the fault of the defective device on to me. They claimed it was because it was unable to be re-sold. All the stickers by then were off the magnets. Pretty shady to want to re-sell it.
