My sister had ear wax buildup in her left ear. When her regular physician suggested over the counter ear wax removals, which did not work, she decided to visit Vybe in Havertown. She was taken back to the exam room immediately upon arriving. 25 minutes later she came out and said not only did the nurse remove the imbedded wax, she took her vital signs before the doctor examined her ears for any possible infection.

Everyone was really nice and got me in and out. I like that you can book an appointment, and the dr/medical assistant were both so nice, definitely will go back if I have another problem :)

We made an appointment for my son, arrived early and completed all of the paperwork 15 minutes before the appointment time. It took them 35 minutes after the appointment time to bring my son back for his height, weight, temperature. Then they put us in a claustrophobic room to wait another 20 minutes. When we opened the door to get some air, they scolded us. At that point, we reminded them that we had an appointment and that they were not able to provide the service of evaluating my son's illness that we wanted our money back and would leave. Of course, they claimed that they had no authority to do so and had to call their manager, who was unavailable. We left in disgust and will continue to pursue a refund. I am not sure why they accept appointments if they have no ability to honor them. Very disappointed and not recommended. Picture - Here is the clinical staff who claimed they had no ability to provide a refund even though they could not provide the service that they previously charged me.

Waited 45 minutes for our appointment. Had a dismissive 'provider' who when my child presented with a sore neck, very sore throat, stopped up ears, congested nose, and significant fatigue only wanting to swab for COVID and Strep and tell me my child has the same symptoms as everyone they've seen today. The didn't even want to look in her ears, and when I commented, they jammed the scope in my child's ear. CVS processes rapid COVID tests in 2 days...we are on day 3 - still waiting. SAVE YOUR MONEY - go someplace where they actually care and you and your illness are not bothersome to them.

From waiting over 20 minutes to be seen while nobody is ahead of me (also might I add after already completing the 18 page questionnaire online), to the PA entering my room and trying to administer a Covid test (that was not the reason why I was even being seen), to the same PA later giving me her inaccurate and uncalled for opinion on my actual doctor. I will never come back to this facility again and you shouldn't either. There are a lot better Urgent cares in the area. Trust me.

It's a decent facility. I'm upset at the amount of time that coming here wasted- I have an antibiotic resistant sinus infection. I literally came her to try a different antibiotic. Left without a prescription, and misinformed that I'm just having allergies. 10 days later, my illness has only gotten
UPDATE: It was a bacterial infection, and it cleared up with another antibiotic. I declared myself symptomatic however these unprofessionals allowed the clinic to fill to more than half capacity as I waited. Incredibly dismissive and rude staff should NOT be dealing with sick people as they have neither manners nor compassion.

I paid $75 out of pocket for a rapid COVID-19 test that was supposed to give me results in 15 minutes. 4 hours later, I don't have my results and Vybe isn't picking up their listed phone number. What a joke.

Didn't wait long to be seen but the doctor was very quick with me and didn't follow up. I've never been to an urgent care where it takes this long for test results and every time i call they don't go out of their way to check with the lab they just say no. Insane.

I set up an online appointment on 10/5 for a 9.30 am virtual appt. on 10/6
I did a face time on 10/6 and after all the nec questions I was given an appt at 10.30 am same day at your Havertown location.
I arrived 10 mins ahead of the appt.
I was in line and was called to the reception at 10.45 am
I was told that the vybe employee who set me up online did not schedule me right as she did not put in my details etc. I had chosen the Covid Rapid test where I would pay $75 out of pocket.
The receptionist refused to get me tested!!
I pleaded with her that it is NOT my fault , to no avail! I asked to see the supervisor but she said she was the supervisor!
Before me there was a gentleman who was a walk in and got registered by her and proceeded to get tested!
Please answer my two questions:
1. Why was I treated in this manner when the scheduling mistake was by the Vybe employee!
2. Why couldn't the receptionist register me as she did the patient I front of me who was a walk in?
