RIP OFF!! Beware of this place, they have hidden fees that are not disclosed upfront. They take advantage of teenagers that do not know anything about contracts! $79 registration fee and after three months they hit you with a $40 yearly fee, in addition to your monthly fee!! Go somewhere else! If you sign a contract with them, read all the fine print and get a copy of your contract!!! Will gladly pay my daughter's cancellation fee so she doesn't have to go here anymore! Will also tell everyone I know about your actual rates and fees!

Great gym. Owner is very friendly. I have all the equipment I need. Staff is very friendly. They always say hi and call me on my birthday. I have it 4 stars because there is some free lance training that is not allowed that is going on there. There are also some people who seem to bother girls and just be total well ..... Idoits. Also I think some people get too loud. But over all great gym.

Very friendly , machines in good working order. Gives free pass to try-out. Faith based company. Only draw back is not an area to do cardio without a machine.

My wife and I are members here. It is a very decent gym. However it is very small. The average age of the gym-goer here is 65. No use coming during peak times, there won't be anything open. Not very good for the intermediate lifter or bodybuilder. It's perfect for the average person just wanting to stay healthy. One squat rack. No Olympic lifting or deadlifting platform. There are no weightlifting belts to borrow, so you'll need to bring your own. I personally am not a fan of the benches either. I just don't like the way they feel. But other than it's pretty decent. And it has enough of what I need. Staff is always friendly. Bathrooms and locker rooms are usually very clean. Decent amount of cardio equipment. There isn't an open "ab" area though. So if you're doing crunches, you're in someone's way. However if you're looking for a place to use the elliptical and do a couple machines, this is just the place for you.

Found this place while we have been looking for a gym to join. It's rather small which means having the obvious problem during peak times waiting on machines and a little crowded but have been twice and has not been near as bad as I had expected and I went on peak times to test this out. Also there is not really any extra space on the floor away from the weights and machines to stretch really good and do any cardio exercises. But there was plenty of good everyone has been polite and I have not seen a bunch of meatheads in the place and it does not seem like a social meat locker. Also they have a hydro massage machine which I have not seen in other visits to other gyms but they do not have some other machines i would like to be using either. Also the staff is really nice they gave us a 5 visit pass to try the place out before we signed on. Not completely sure we will pick this gym but it is a nice place really only con is lack of space.

This gym overall is not a bad place. It has a very reasonable monthly charge of $15 for the basic membership and $25 for a premium membership. The problem I have with this gym is the biannual $60 maintenance fee and the fact that the gym is so small. You can find a way better gym that offers way more for this price!!!

I visited the facility on a couple of occasions on a guest pass. The people at the front desk are very nice. The facility is rather new and equipment is very nice. I did not join because of their "release form." I wonder if people ever read these things before they sign them.

Their release form is one of the worst I have ever seen. They want you to release them for THEIR negligence. They can fail to maintain the premises, they can fail to maintain the equipment, and if you get hurt because they screw up, you're out of luck. That is going too far.
