Me and my friends were followed and chased by a man while walking home and we ran into this Hookah lounge to hide. Not only did they let us stay and sit at a table while we called a car, staff got up to go chase after the guy. They waited with us outside while our car came and waited on the curb till they knew we were safe in the car. Our night would have gone severely differently if it weren't for these men. Amazing human beings. They deserve all the goodness the Long Beach community has to offer, please support this business!!

*Insert MASSIVE sigh* I really wanted to enjoy this place enough to give it a higher rating. I just returned from Egypt, which awakened my dormant love for hookah, and I was so excited to find a hookah lounge nearby.

But my experience was truly subpar from a service perspective.

My server - some dude with a black cap - spent most of his time hanging with his obnoxiously loud homies at another table. When I say obnoxious, I mean obnoxious. I'm all for having a good time at a lounge, but damn...did y'all have to scream bloody murder everytime you experience an emotion. Their shrieks were so piercing that they actually made me jump several times even though I was wearing noise cancelling headphones.

When I finally had enough and decided to check out, my server went Casper the friendly ghost on me. I couldn't find that man anywhere for a solid 25 minutes. Thankfully another server emerged and was able to assist.

Fortunately, the hookah itself was great. They pack good bowls that last a while. I smoked one kiwi mint flavor bowl for about 2 hours and paid $30 overall for the whole experience. Unfortunately, that's a price too high to pay to receive poor customer service.

This place is a vibe! Great music all the time and all the important sports games. They sell soft drinks, no beer or liquor and you can bring in your food from outside. I've ordered pizza or wings, I even brought food from home. The staff is super nice and personable, they'll remember you and your order. They make sure you're hookahs are burning perfectly for a smooth Smokey hit every time.

Been going here with my dude for a few months now. He likes it. He likes the flavors. And he thinks it's pretty reasonable. For me, I like the ambience. It's outside. It feels chill. It's not super dark.

The people that work there are pretty friendly.. Not the most attentive. But it's kind of good because when you go there you just want to chill anyways. I wish they had better options to drink. They have hot tea and juices

As a first time hookah user, I appreciated the really chill vibe. Didn't feel judged and the employee was kind and recommended a delicious flavor. I'd def come back.

Cool place to hang out late night. Very affordable. No alcohol but the hot chocolate is sooooo delicious.

Chin was super helpful and made sure we got seated before the waited time. He even made me a fire hookah for the wait! They also have a deck of cards you can play while you smoke hookah! Cool vibes and chill atmosphere if you're looking for something relaxing.
