This location is a lot better than the Naperville location. Less busy. The staff is more friendly. Just over all a better experience.
But still be careful for your payments if you decide to cancel your membership. I've had problems canceling with them in the past.
Otherwise great gym.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Information sur le responsable du commerce

How about paper towels in the bathroom and maybe fix the potholes when you are pulling in from the street. Maybe a bit of care?

Dusty paper towel holders, still manual no automatic dispenser.
Nasty as hell countertops where people WASH
ABHORRENT sinks, faucets etc. Again this is a gym and you need to have automatic facilities.
Disgusting bathroom stalls.
The only good thing about this gym is the front desk staff.
Shitty old equipment.
Old water fountains without filters
Cardio equipment that is always broken
Ripped benches
Broken mirrors
SAVE YOUR MONEY31 juill. 2022Avis précédentOverall I like the gym because its big and open 24/7. They have all the necessary equipment. The staff is friendly. What I don't like is that the bathrooms could be cleaner, and some of the equipment is VERY OLD. Honestly it's embarrassing with some of the upstairs pulldown machines etc.

Every morning I come here this guy working behind the desk is sleeping. People try to buy protein shakes and water and end up just walking out with it because you can't wake him. During this time there was two kids swimming in the pool unsupervised while their parent was working out, which seems like a major safety issue. Additionally high school kids know to come at this time because they can literally just walk by the guy sleeping at the desk.
My issue is that I pay for tanning. I was paying $9.99/month but upgraded my account so I could use the unlimited tanning portion of the Spa benefits. The two highest level beds (Beds #5 and #6) have been broken since I started here 3 years ago. Now the two middle level beds are broken (room 13 and 14). My sole reason for upgrading my account was to use tanning. I called yesterday and the manager said the beds are unrepairable and no estimate, "if or when they will be fixed". Can someone give me an estimate of when the 4 broken tanning beds will be fixed? I literally can't use the services I upgraded for. Additionally, the men's locker rooms, particularly the showers are disgusting. There was actual human feces in one of the showers today. There are drain flys with their larva/maggots in every shower stall. All the shower curtains, at least the ones that are not broken, are full of visible mold. I really don't know how the health department allows the locker room to stay open. Maybe instead of sleeping your employee can clean the showers or use the maintenance fee we pay to have someone deep clean them and repair all the broken tiles in the shower. The showers here are more disgusting than any facility I have ever used and I have used showers in third world countries and campsites.
Management here tells you they can't do anything to help and tells you to call customer service phone number. I called five times. Waited on hold each time for over 3 hours and ended up ending the call without speaking to anyone. I'm not sure if anyone actually answers the phones but it's a complete waste of time. The longest I waited was my entire 8 hour shift at work. I called right when they opened and left my cellphone on my desk next to me on speaker phone for my entire work day and still no one answered! You have to call to cancel your membership so I'm sure this is why they make it so difficult to talk to someone. You literally can't so how could you cancel. This place should be shutdown.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 2Information sur le responsable du commerce

This problem has been on going since Kelly Cartwright (at Xsport fitness escalated matters team) credited my account for two months membership fees (which I didn't even ask for) after slicing my foot open in the steam room at Schaumburg because it got 190l degrees and the glass door spontaneously shattered. Since she credited my account it shows me owing multiple 3 balances blocking the person at the front desk to allow me to tan. I finally said fuck it and told him just to charge my card this morning. He tried to charge my credit card and debit card this morning both came up as declined which is completely impossible. I left Kelly multiple voicemails at her number. I have asked for a manager to call me back and no one ever calls and no manager is ever here when I use the gym. Why am I paying extra if I can't even use the services.
12 janv. 2020Avis précédentNew member! Signed up online and went there my first time today at 1:30pm. I sat 20minutes at the front desk waiting for someone to help me (as tons of people just walked in not swiping a card). I finally walked around and found a girl sitting on the ground behind the desk doing her homework. I was like do you work here? I told her I am a new member and needed a swipe card and a tour. She scolded me for signing up online, said they could only make me a swipe card during the week, and no one was available for a tour. I asked for a towel and she said they don't give towels! I was going to be sweating and no one is putting towels down. They have a pool and no towels? I needed to take a shower prior to work an no towels. Terrible service. I am going to ask for a refund because this place is just garbage. Machines were broke and 3 of the 4 toilets in the men's locker room filled with feces and "out of order". FILTHY!

This gym is generally dirty, and the equipment is in disrepair. This location is in DIRE need of a preventative maintenance program.
They simply don't seem to care at all. They also have associates aggressively chasing customers down and trying to get them to upgrade plans and or purchase training sessions.
In my time here, I have never seen an employee cleaning.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Information sur le responsable du commerce

In general almost all Xport group fitness instructors are just ok. I have not taken classes here because I am also a member at a luxury club in Oakbrook and their classes are great. This is a club we use to practice dance and do a little cardio. We love that it's 24 hrs. We love friendly staff. For the price, I have no prob with locker rooms or simpler drinking fountains, paper towel dispensers or faucets. What I'd like is for XPort to pay their fitness staff enough to retain great teachers. To train and groom them. Our favorite instructor (dance fitness) in the Chicagoland area was why we joined Xport. We drove to Chicago from Downers Grove 1-2x a week for her classes! Hip hop, latin, aerobics, bollywood all rolled into one joyous dance party. However, she moved to Nebraska.... We love the ability to bring a guest. We love the convenience. But please, please start to pay and train your group fitness teachers a lot!

So, I have been back to the Downers Grove North X Sport for a few months after staying away for 2 1/2 years due to COVID. Unfortunately, everything that was wrong with this gym prior to the pandemic continues to be wrong with this gym, only more so. Machines continue to be broken, amenities have been reduced, and management changes frequently. The building is literally falling apart. Be careful when entering or leaving this gym as several panels on the underside of the portico are hanging loose and look like they could fall at any moment. There are pieces of tile that just fell off the walls in the pool area. The current manager, Ray is trying to address the issues that he can, but apparently, the X Sport managers have very little authority to really do much of anything to resolve identified concerns.
One positive, in addition to Ray, is the personal trainer that I have been working with since my return. Riley has been great to work with and he has successfully found ways to address my unique needs in the gym due to a mild physical disability. Since starting with Riley, I have lost close to twenty pounds and have increased my overall strength and functional movement.
In my seventeen years as a X Sport member, it has been the personal training staff that has kept me coming back. There have been a number of good general managers such as Ray, but, unfortunately, they change frequently. The previous manager, Mustafa, was also very good.
When I joined X Sport 17 years ago, this facility was a beautiful gym with state of the art equipment, great amenities and wonderful staff. Now it's an absolute pit with great staff. I am challenged to understand how the owner of X Sport can let his investment fall into such an extreme state of disrepair. My theory is that he really doesn't care about the members or the fitness industry. I believe that this is just a money maker for him and he is motivated only by the bottom line. Shame on him!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Information sur le responsable du commerce

Under Ben's leadership, things are improving slowly but surely. The biggest change, in my opinion, is that there has been a big shift in how staff interact with the members. Management will greet members and even chat with them. Ben has made a point to take time to talk with many regular members to solicit their views on what works and what isn't working at the Downers Grove location. He then takes that information and makes real improvements. I told him the other day that members just want management to walk their talk and he has definitely been doing that. An example would be a definite improvement in keeping the facility clean. On a personal note, Ben and Doug, the fitness manager, went out of their way to search out a specific piece of equipment that I can use in spite of my physical disability. This is something that I have not experienced since I first joined, ten years ago.
I understand that Ben is only temporary and so I worry about what will happen after he leaves. The revolving door of managers at this location has definitely added to the problems. I would hate to see Ben make a lot of positive changes just to have them fall apart after he leaves. Corporate needs to find a permanent manager who keeps the members as a priority and recognizes the importance of retaining members who are happy and satisfied as opposed to recruiting a lot of members who join and then quit because they are treated so poorly.
Thank you Ben, Doug and Phil for all that you are doing to make XSport Downers Grove all that it can and should be!!12 janv. 2016Avis précédentI've belonged to this gym since it first opened and I work out four days a week. I wrote a very positive review last year. Since that time, most of the staff that I mentioned by name as being outstanding have left. To date the new manager hasn't been very impressive in regards to interacting with members. He spends his time talking exclusively to staff or sitting with his earbuds in at his desk. He does not present with a very approachable demeanor. Makes one wonder if this is deliberate. Hopefully not. Equipment such as hand weights has disappeared AGAIN. The personal training manager, Mark, just left. He will be missed. The trainers are leaving too. I have lost two trainers in the past three months and now need to choose another one. This means spending multiple sessions with the trainer getting to know my strengths and limits as opposed to moving forward with my fitness goals. I understand that people change jobs but considering the number of trainers who have left this gym in the past three months, one can't help but wonder what is going on.
On the positive side, the cardio equipment and the machines are kept in good working order and the place is relatively clean. The front desk staff are friendly for the most part.
I will continue here as I have seen the highs and the lows over the past ten years and, hopefully, we will hit a high point again soon.9 juill. 2015Avis précédentI would like to add to my previous review as I continue to be so impressed with the current staff at the Downers Grove location. I am greeted with a smile and a friendly hello each time I enter the gym. If there isn't a line, the desk staff will ask how I'm doing or how was my weekend. This certainly goes a long way to making one feel welcome.
The operations manager, Kevin, is amazing! He is like the Energizer Bunny, always busy taking care of keeping the Pro Shop stocked, helping to keep the place clean and tidy, or making sure the place is decorated for the holidays or special events. Additionally, Kevin takes the time to get to know the members and extends himself to them on a personal level. A couple of months ago, my wife was injured at work. She knew that I would be at the gym and called the front desk. Kevin took the call and immediately found me so that I could take the call and get her to the Emergency Room. For weeks after that, Kevin would check in with me regarding my wife's recovery. Who does that? Apparently, Kevin does!
I also have to sing the praises of Mike, the maintenance engineer at the Downers Grove location. Mike works his tail off making sure that all the machines are up and running. Over the years there have been a few occasions where I noticed that a machine was down. All I had to do was mention it to Mike and he took care of it right away, always expressing his appreciation for letting him know so that the issue could be addressed. When you consider how large a facility this gym is, the number of machines, and the fact that the gym is open 24/7 365 days a year, this equipment gets a lot of use and yet you rarely see a machine out of commission. This is all thanks to Mike's efforts.
You might ask how all this is relevant to whether or not a gym is good. To each their own, but, for me, to be able to work out in an environment where people express sincere concern for me as an individual and who work tirelessly to provide a safe, clean, and functional setting makes all the difference.21 mai 2015Avis précédentI have been a member of the Downers Grove XSport since it first opened. Actually, I joined before it was even built when it was a trailer in an empty lot. This gives me a somewhat unique perspective as I have observed the ups and downs of this facility over the past nine years. Needless to say when it was a brand shiny new facility with a full cadres of equipment and enthusiastic staff it was an amazing place! Over the next nine years there have been down times when management seemed to not care, or signing up new members was more important than keeping the current membership happy. However, there have been several constants that serve to make this facility an excellent value for the membership fee. The variety of machines help to keep my workout fresh. I'm rarely bored with my workouts as I can try a different machine to ramp up my cardio or my strength training. Many of the front desk staff have been there for a long time and greet members with a smile!
For me, personally, the personal training program has been instrumental in making a huge change in my workout, my fitness level and my quality of life. I have worked with two trainers over the past nine years and am so grateful to them both, (Anthony Villaci and Andrew Kouba), for teaching me how to make fitness an integral part of my lifestyle. Additionally, I have a mild physical disability that limited what I could do in a workout prior to starting at XSport, but thanks to the creative problem solving of the personal training staff, I now use devices that have enabled me to access more equipment than I was able to use previously. For this reason alone, I am a lifelong fan of XSport.
Like many such businesses, there have been several changes in management over the years. Some managers have been more member sensitive than others which would be evident by the number of complaints one would hear in the locker room. The current manager, Becky, has shown herself to be very member-centered. She will extend herself to help address issues and concerns for members as opposed to offering empty apologies and doing nothing. Hopefully, she will have a lengthy tenure at XSport Downers Grove!
No gym is perfect and each person has to decide for themselves what they are willing to put up with at the gym they choose. For me, XSport Downers Grove's weaknesses are far outweighed by the positives This place has truly changed my life for the better! - Naved K.Lisle, États-Unis0229 nov. 2023
Anyone giving this facility more than 1 star is not true . I bought a prepaid 2 year membership and was thinking of signing up with a personal trainer but thanks to the front desk staff I cancelled my membership. I wrote to corporate too.
Visited Downers Grove(3200 Finley Rd) facility with my guest(my spouse) for first time. The guy who signed my guest was so unwelcoming, he told me I need to show physical copy of my guest's ID proof EVERY SINGLE DAY SHE VISITS THE GYM.
I have a kid and this guy asked me whether my kid is guest at the gym too. I was like Seriously!!! Do kids look like a "guest member" working out in gym. Don't they play in child's play area.
I can understand a physical ID is required on first day for verification. Once that is done you should be good to go. This is normal everywhere. But I am shocked to hear him say "Bring the physical ID proof EVERY SINGLE DAY you come with your guest"
Bringing a PHYSICAL ID PROOF every single time is a risk of losing at the gym floor or at the locker room. In a gym we go to workout without carrying any valuables with us.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Information sur le responsable du commerce

READ WHOLE POST!! I would like to start off by saying that the people at this gym as employees are great. When I first came here the general manager for this location wasn't really that great but then they brought in Joey. Since then the atmosphere has turned around a lot people are enjoying themselves more because I have a machines are being kept up more. Joe is on top of everything.
When it comes to my personal trainer REMY He's doing an awesome job.
I was at LA Fitness for my personal trainer quit and told me that there was no one else at that location that could do what he did and that he recommended that I come back to Downers Grove And ask for REMY. I originally left Xsport Fitness Like five years ago because they kept messing with my contracts. I need to be here for at least another five years to get my goals and then after that I have to keep working with a personal trainer to maintain my goals. The reason why there's a one star on this post is because corporate keeps changing prices. They have no idea on how to turn running increase their profit margin's so what they do is try to squeeze every single dollar they can out of existing customers until they quit. The reason why I'm writing this post is because my trainer came up to me and told me that there's gonna be several increases over my next few contracts and that corporate said that if I want the lowest rate that I have to buy as many as I want and that they would finance even though I don't like doing that. Keep in mind I spent $2000 per contract on average. I'm with a master trainer and they want me to spend as much money as I can without caring about my financial needs inside of a recession during the Covid crisis.
I was told during my last contract signing that I was locked in at that rate for as long as I was going to be here by the Regional training manager. Now there's a new person in his spot and they change the rates. So now I have to debate if I want to stay at two days a week or drop down to one day A week on my next signing.
Do not let anyone sign you up for a contract unless you already have a trainer picked out. That trainer knows your goals and every single trainer is different. Every single trainer has different energy and different workout routines. Make sure they're here for you and not the money. The money comes as long as corporate stays out of their training and the trainer does a good job. The problem is is that corporate always trying to nickel and dime both sides it's pushing a lot of pressure on the customer.
Over the next 10 years my wife and myself plan on dropping Close to $100,000 indoor workout routine and that doesn't include my son if he decides to join. I'm sure corporate will get me to quit by then because I'm already Frustrated with the company after my last conversation.
Recommendations:
1. Instead of doing by a year get a year if your goal is to turn around and get as many people as possible in this location why don't you to buy one membership get one membership free so they can bring a friend or a family member.
2. Master trainers are specifically placed at local gyms to take personal training to the next level. Stop treating them like their basic trainers and stop trying to milk their clients. If someone's with a master trainer there's a good chance they're going to stay with them for a long time. Focus on entry level training.
3. Insurance reimbursement. For some reason every gym in Chicago is part of the Humana program with the exception of Xsport Fitness. Don't know why you guys aren't attached to healthcare insurance but you're losing a lot of customers. I have a friend specifically that works in that department and all he does is process memberships through insurance companies to make sure that they're getting paid. There's a requirement that you have to follow.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Information sur le responsable du commerce

So I don't know where to start. In the last couple years I have spent a lot of money in training. When I went to re-sign last month I want to buy 40 sessions for 45.99 per session and I had $1000 down.
The regional manager told the training manager to try to get me to buy more sessions and that he couldn't give me the price on those Unless I bought like 70 or 80 sessions There was a person days before me that got the deal for 40 sessions. They just know I have money.
Now I could afford it and I could've done it but I don't like the fact that they treat me like a dollar sign instead of a customer. After I told him no and I wouldn't change my clothes and I was leaving upset they came back and said OK fine will do it for 40. Too Late. You made me feel like crap!
It was the first time in my life that a place made me feel cheap. I know it's not the employees here because they know that I got pissed and they kept saying they were sorry and I have known them for a while.
Always interview you trainers and never go through sales because some people don't have experience in training. Bethany, Ronnie, CJ, Tony, and Brent are great trainers that I suggest.
I use to weigh 412lbs and I lost a lot of weight and added muscle on over 4 years. I'm grateful for my trainers that I had but they aren't the reason I'm not resigning.
Spa :
The spa had a lot of great services and I don't have a problem with them. Ashley Will always do her best to take care of you. She's really restricted by corporate sometimes on pricing. Five stars of the spa.
Front desk
Most people are nice but corporate does some goofy things. They told my they can't take my phone app I'd anymore because of people sharing the key tag. That would be ok if they didn't have pictures of members that pop up when you sign in. We all lose the tags on our key rings and it's gets annoying. How about the manager be held responsible for staff that don't check the id's? Mystery shop the staff? This is the only gym chain going backwards in strategy when it comes to customer relations.
Like I said before. The staff and equipment are great. It's pricing and corporate that makes you feel cheap. I'm currently signing up for my one training day a week over at LA fitness. And then I will come over here and do my single routines on daily workouts. It just sucks that I feel like a $ every time I walk into this place because the atmosphere is great it's just the sales that makes you feel cheap.14 sept. 2015Avis précédentI have been working out here for over 3 years. Overall its probably the best Xsport Fitness in Chicago. Atmosphere has changed in the last few months for the better. Staff is really friendly and for the most part they understand the supplements. Im reviewing each department individually.
Front desk: They always say "Hello" and "Have a great day". "Usually know the answer to product questions and they are always pretty quick so there is never a line at the front to check in. They all know and understand the products but I am at the point where I know every product also.
Fitness Training Manager: The Training Manager Mark is the best Manager yet. First question he asked was what was my goal and talked about what each trainer had to offer before getting into price. He cares about people meeting goals and actually pushes the trainers and keeps them on top of their game. Basically he stays involved in your experience to make sure you hit your goals. Never experienced that before and to be honest I haven't seen that at other exports before either. This guy is a keeper.
Sales: Well there job is to get you to buy stuff. I suggest you always talk to the training manager first before doing training contracts. Sales staff understands your goals but the training manager understands your body and what it takes to get you to your goal or the next phase and do it fast.
Trainers: make sure you ask questions about your trainer. Everyone trains different and they need to know your goal before you get assigned. My experience with trainers pushes me to recommend Ronnie, Bethany, or either Andrew at this point. I don't know anything else about any of the other trainers. I'm sure anyone else is great also.
Spa: The spa is hard to grade but they have so many specials on a daily basis you have to ask daily what's going on. Prices are pretty good compared to high end spas. Services are awesome. They actually have a lot of great stuff for men and women and I would recommend Caroline for anything regarding hair care. Perry is also a great person to know when it comes to facials and skin care. I'm am a actor as well as a producer so looking your best is a must. These two people treat make me look my best.
Management: Management doesn't play games. They are friendly and watch everyone constantly. The overall environment is warm and friendly but this is a business and they make sure that everyone is happy.
Location: Its always clean and they even drain and refill the hot tubs weekly. This place is pretty clean and they work hard to keep it that way. Again the Managers are strict on this stuff so. Don't know what else to say. So I hope this helps21 mars 2015Avis précédentI have been working out here for over 3 years. Overall its probably the best Xsport Fitness in Chicago. I have lost 120lbs of fat the right way while stacking muscle through training with my trainer Eric Lilliebridge. Its always important to find a great gym that you can call your home away from home and Xsport Fitness is definitely that place for me.
Coming up on the age of 40 I feel great. I have almost up to a 400lb bench and my energy levels are through the roof! I'm stronger and healthier than most people at the gym now. In Life you look to your friends for support and you feed off their energy for guidance. Having a personal trainer to be your friend and keep you on the right path is part of the recovery. With that in mind Lets review each department of Xsport Fitness.
Training Pros-
-Training couldn't be better anywhere else. With trainers available at basically any our of the day it is easier than ever to get help between my daily tasks.
- Eric Lilliebridge is a Master of his craft. You follow his training plans and actually show up to train you will not only hit your goals but also maximize your full potential.
- Bethany Halperin is a master of Metabolic training. If you are trying g to lose weight this is the woman to see. Her workout routines will take you to a new level of working out. She works you out based on your current energy levels but you will give 100% effort to gain 110% results.
If you trainer isnt getting you sweating and you find yourself talking our inbetween sets then its time for a new trainer. Most of them are good here at this location.
Training Cons- (more for corporate)
When training under a contract it would be nice if you got an automatic discount on spa services. Spa does have decent pricing but every dollar counts when budgeting for a healthier body.
Spa Pros
Jane ORR is awesome. She works hard to make sure ever spa person gets the best experience possible. Great manager. Prices are OK but the services are awesome.
Message- Tayo and Kathy are by far my favorite message therapists. Your going to recover faster when you are relaxed.
Hair - Men at 40 we start getting that gray that we dont like and the perfect person to see is SAM. The woman will keep you looking your best.
Sales Pros- What is there to say about the sales team. They are nice and smile and say hello. You have to talk to each person and find that one person you like.
Steve is the best Sales person for me because he understands me and my goals. Its not just about the sales.Definately talk to steve if you have a chance.
Nicole is very nice as well.
Sales Cons!!!!
Well everyone is different and Ill leave that you you to decide.
Believe it or not Word of mouth goes along way and as people come in and we all talk in the hot tub or around the weights. Our recommendations go a long way. Overall I give this gym 5 stars. I would love to see a discount on single services at the spa for people who train. You are already getting our money at training. 25% off spa services would be great if we have a training package going.16 févr. 2013Avis précédentI have been going to Xsport Fitness for over a year now. My total weight loss is at 121lbs and I feel great. The key to reaching goals is finding a trainer that works with you and helps keep you in that positive state of mind. After trying a couple Trainers out My favorite trainers were Ed Honn and my current Trainer Tony Rice. While they understood my goals and where I wanted to be in 36 months they made sure that i understood it wouldnt happen overnight. 90% of people that lose weight just from cardio alone end up not being happy with how they look. It was important to me that while i started out at 412 lbs that I lose the fat while building muscle. These trainers helped me and i would not have been able to reach these goals without them.
What most people dont realize is that recovery is very important also. Mike Stechly and Theu Price are two of the very best Recovery Massage Therapist at this location specializing in Myofascial release. This is key in maintaining flexiblity and range a motion. It is very... and I mean VERY hard to find a good massge therapist that understands the body and its imbalances. If you have never had work and you feel fatigued or at a plateau stop in and check these two great specialists out. I will continue my goal to 245lbs and im 12 months away. Ill keep you all updated. Thats Xsport. You saved my life.29 mars 2012Avis précédentSo here is the deal. After getting my wallet raped by Midtown athletic club and getting a very impersonal experience at Lifetime Fitness. I decided to try out Xsport fitness in Downers Grove. I weighed in at 398lbs in July 2011. I lost about 25lbs in 3 months doing my same old routine. The problem was is that I started stabilizing with my weight because I didn't really understand how my body was working.
After my dorito and Monster Energy drink diet failed while I had my addiction to World of Warcraft 60 hours a week I decided to talk to a trainer. Dave (the Training Manager) wasn't what I expected at all. I thought I had to train 3 days a week from the start to get help. It was suggested that I start out slow to figure out my limitations andto find a trainer that worked well with me. Thats where Ed comes into play.
Ed is a solid trainer at Xsport Fitness in Downers Grove on Finley Road next to Fry's Electronics. I am giving the exacty location because I want people to find the right Xsport. Ed likes to Circuit train. His training is taking me to a whole new level of Fitness. While I approach 100 lbs lost at xsport fitness I reralize I would never have been able to lose the weight without the guildence of the Xsport staff.
I would like to add a special thanks to Andy and Tiffany who help me figure out my suppliments linits in reguards to my diet and needs. To the Brittney and Jackie who welcome you as you walk through the door. This Xsport fitness is the best thing that has happen to Dupage County. Thanks guys!!!! - Brandon B.Champaign, États-Unis016 oct. 2023
All the gym equipment are in bad condition. Staff is friendly. Gym rates are reasonable but lots of random fees have to be paid. Pretty disappointed

Charly is a great general manager. I had an issue with billing and he helped me out greatly! This gym is very clean, lots of space and equipment. The trainer Jon is extremely talented and made me feel very comfortable during our training session. I live about 30 mins away but come here even though there's a closer xsport to me because of how clean and well taken care of the gym is! :)
**my only issue is that the spa services (tanning, hydromassage) has been down for over a week. Maybe that's something out of their control but I pay for it in my membership so I'd love to continue using it.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1Information sur le responsable du commerce
