Staff:
Unfortunately, no one greeted us and we had to ask for help. The young lady was nice and referred us to the manager Julie as she knew more about the dining table. Julie was very nice and we were pleased with her help all around.
Quality/Quantity:
Really nice store that is nicely laid out with plenty of inventory. All of the furniture is higher end here so good quality.
Value:
We were pleased to find the table we wanted was on sale with an extra discount of $100.
Overall:
We really liked this store and would return again in the future.
Pro tip:

I use to love Zgallerie, but since they've closed the store nearby, I ordered online. Not liking the color of pillows I had ordered I decided to return. First of all, they make you pay for your returns and then when it is returned they minus the cost of the original shipping. Not to mention, it took 2 months for me to see my money refunded. For future, I will not be ordering anything from Zgallerie out of fear of wanting to return something. Not worth the hassle or money lost. I can find everything I want on Amazon, they have a much better return policy!

The dining room sets, bedroom sets and living room furniture are all gorgeous. If I won lotto, I would decorate my house with all of their furniture and decor! Not even kidding about that.
The pillows and throws are all soft and luxurious! Love them.
The paintings are magnificent.

This review is for the company overall and not specifically for this location.
This is a horrendous company with atrocious policies. They do not care for the customer at all. They will continue to tell the customer the order is being delayed over and over with no transparency. I have been provided misleading information time and time again. I never received my sofa. I ordered it on April 9, 2023 and it is still not here.
If you are reading this and considering purchasing from here, RUN! You have to pay in full and the transaction is automatically credited. Do not purchase from here as they have inaccurate delivery dates. You've been warned, find furniture elsewhere.

I have been shopping at Z Gallerie for years. My home is full of their merchandise from Chandeliers to lamps couch and bedding. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service I received after a mix up with some Euro Inserts I purchased. I won't be shopping there any longer. I spent over $400. On my bedding accessories and they could not replace the pillows for me eve. Though they were brand new with receipt. Sad to know they don't value me as a customer

Man who called me was rude, I forgot to put this in here until I saw this old review. He had the nerve to Question that I even bought anything there. Our bank statement and credit card bills showed 4 purchases that day for over 1500.00- what a joke. I have never stepped foot in another one of their stores nor will I ever. Awful customer service

29 avr. 2020Avis précédentIn January we made a road trip from Palm Springs to Costa Mesa just to go to Z-Gallerie. We excitedly bought around 5-600.00 in Merchandise. This included a Silver Velociraptor made of resin. The only one left was the display which we inspected and it was in mint condition. This was an early birthday gift so we waited why they took it in the back and wrapped and re-boxed it. Later on it was opened at the Birthday of the recipient. Apparently the head had been dropped and the jaw broken. One of the Jaw pieces was even put in a small bubble wrap bag and carefully packed in the box. the other was never found. When I emailed Z-Gallerie there was no response. There was also no response to the Message I left for a call back. I can't believe their employee broke it and instead of telling us and giving us a refund right there they hid the fact and let us go on our way. We live 2 & 1/2 hours away. this is unacceptable and I will post this anywhere I can to let them know what type of business they are running.

I ordered furniture from z gallerie back in September 2023 my furniture was suppose to get delivered January 5th 2024 long wait I know... so I just so happened to call to see why my furniture didn't get delivered they say it got pushed back until the end of March because they are having issues with the vendor/ manufacturer not one call to let me know what was going on not one email so I tell them I do not wish to wait another 2.5 months without furniture so I would like to cancel my order they go on to say I can't cancel my order once it's placed and they have to reach out to the vendor to get approval for a cancelation that's BS because you just told me your having issues with the vendor so why would that be the vendors call to refund me my $3200 that I paid in full for furniture and have to wait all this time for furniture z gallerie is full of ish and they scam people out of their money and it's not okay. I have spoke with several individuals and they all stated the same thing about furniture orders through them if you know like I know be aware before you order furniture from Z GALLERIE oh and not to mention the store I ordered the furniture in houston texas back in September is permanently closed. What a damn headache and $#*! ache I'm having from dealing with and sitting on the floor this long

What a terrible experience, my son and I stopped in to n look at some couches and while there I found a blanket to purchase, it was in sale and there was only the display model left and The nice sales lady said she could wrap it up for me to buy. We went next door to eat and when I came back angry lonely retrenched Jill decided to tell me that I couldn't purchase that and she shouldn't have told me that. I was like, okaaaay, well, can I order one instead and she said she could do that , but it wouldn't be in till late late December if then......She said it so many times that I finally told Jill to just forget it! Seriously, she really should take some customer service skill courses, she ruined my experience there!!! I Definitely won't be back here and I sadly won't be ordering the couch I picked out. I'll find something else!!

I ordered a couple of pillows and a vase - the maydan vase in aubergine. The pillows are cute. The vase is huge. One month after It arrived, I picked it up from the top and the bottom broke off! Was there any trauma to the vase? NO! It just fell off. I have attached a photo. I called customer service and the person on the other side asked "what do you want to do about it?" Umm...that's why I called. Should I take it to the store? Should I send it back. Well he said since it arrived over 30 days ago, they can't take it back. So I'm tossing it. $100 down the drain. Great. I get it if the boys or dogs had broken it. I wouldn't have called, but for the thing to just break on its own. Cheap, crappy workmanship sure.

Circa Sofa & Duplicity Coffee Table $2500 dollars later both are TRASH! Do NOT order product from Z Gallerie, this company completely fails on every level.
Circa Sofa arrived with center lower front indentation that's deformed un-tufted, a powdery white substance spilled out. Two top Right tufted indentations are deformed smashed overlapping, pillows are both crumpled up, bumpy mess, totally unacceptable!
Duplicity Coffee Table finish is tarnished bronze, not appearing silver, every meeting side seem is indented appearing damaged. Entire frame is defective product.
Shocking Z Gallerie defective, damaged, extremely poor quality products received, poor workmanship, compounded by extensive wait times.
Z Gallerie consistently puts customers in financially upside down position wasting their time and money without replacements readily available.
Z Gallerie to further inconvenience the customer and creating additional financial losses missing work around unreliable deliveries, terrible customer service going nowhere. Escalations department crippled refusing timely responses or having a shred of integrity to provide price adjustments for it's damaged, defective merchandise.
Product is NOT what is advertised, product is not what is displayed in store, products are not what's advertised online. STAY AWAY from Z Gallerie, should be permanently closed!Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 1
