I only just bought my 2015 Avalon dream car on 2/10/2024. The touch screen was dead, so I brought it back for them to fix. It has been 4 days and no one has called to let me know the status of repairs. After texting my sales rep and being told it should be done tomorrow (yesterday), I'm not sure what to think. The car has low miles, but the experiences described on Yelp are quite the warning... Washington lets you have 30 days to cancel the contract, so I'll be watching that.

Bought a used 2012 Buick Verano from ZAG Motors a little over a year ago. The year since did not age well. At the time of purchase, we asked to see the carfax report, which was provided and indicated a clean history. Within a short time after purchase, the car started surging while stopped at lights and in drive throughs, and around 8 months started giving check engine lights that indicated timing chain and oil flow issues. Estimates for repairs were near $3k. We decided to trade it for something new.... Upon providing the registration and VIN info to the new car dealership, they informed us that the car had a branded title. Further investigation proved that the vehicle had major structural damage due to an accident. The Carfax shown by ZAG had to have been fabricated. We paid a little over $10k for a car that lasted 1 year and were given $750 for its trade value.

DO NOT BOTHER WITH THESE CROOKS.

Lies. All lies spoke with sales on the internet and on the phone before making a drive in. Vehicles were not in good shape either.

These guys are dishonest and do not stand behind their word. They blatantly lie as they said the vehicle has a "125 point inspection" and checked out perfect. 800+ miles later it was on the side of the road. 2 independent repair shops said these guys would have seen the problem if they had done a basic check on the vehicle. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THEM. Will update after our court date

Don't buy from here or bring your own mechanic. These guys sold me a piece of crap car and laughed at me when I pulled away.

If I could give this place a 0 I would , These individuals are deceitful as they intentionally disabled the engine light on the vehicle I bought. This purchased vehicle has numerous problems ranging from misfires to leaks. Additionally, I discovered that the previous owner purchased it for only $6,995 while the dealer was attempting to sell it for $10,000. I advise everyone to have a mechanic inspect the vehicle before making a purchase from this dealership as they engage in deceitful practices. Furthermore, it is wise to avoid involving the manager in your dealings as he is known to fabricate information in order to make a sale.

I have purchased several vehicles over the years and this was the simplest- most fun car shopping experience I have EVER had!! Ali and Josh were absolutely amazing, they both took the time to help me get into a vehicle even with my not so great credit history, made sure I was completely happy, and went above and beyond to help me even while I was beyond indecisive in decision making. They were patient, passionate, and never made me feel any pressure to buy. I felt like they were just happy to help, and showed great team work from the start to finish. By far the best dealership I have ever bought a vehicle from. Bought a car from them and 3 week later it broke down and needs 13k worth of repairs thru Bmw. The financing guy told us it was previously his vehicle and that he just got new tires on it, come to find out the back tires are bald and need replacement as well as 13k worth of repairs... Bunch of scam artists.

My family has been purchasing vehicles from Zag motors for a number of years. Most of our purchases have gone as well as can be expected when buying a used vehicle. However our last purchase guarantees that we will never purchase as much as a bicycle from Zag. Our daughter purchased a vehicle from them less than six months ago. At that time we brought to the attention of the salesperson that the vehicle had some shaking when accelerating. He said "no problem" and to bring it back and they would take care of it. We took the vehicle back twice and the problem was not fixed. The third time they said "sorry there is nothing that we can do".

After that we took the vehicle to our mechanic who informed us that there was "structural damage" to the vehicle and it probably could not be repaired safely. He would however attempt to make the car as safe to drive as possible. After almost 2K in additional out of pocket expenditures the vehicle is still not fixed and cannot be safely driven.

Zag was quite aware that the car was unsafe and chose to sell it to the public anyway. We paid off the vehicle in full which was in excess of 12K. When we took the vehicle back to Zag to sell back to them at half the purchase price; they then said.."we can only give you 2K because of the Structural damage". The very same damage that they sold the car to us with!!!

My daughter is a single working Mother with a child. She did not have 12K to just give away to these people!! She is now left with a vehicle that is unsafe to drive and a 12K deficit in her bank account!!

Do NOT buy from them under any circumstances!! They are unscrupulous and care absolutely nothing about the safety of those that they scam!!!

Transparent, and easy. Not sure why other people have a hard time. My time with Danny was pretty straight forward, and easy. They all greeted me in Spanish which made me laugh, I replied no worries I speak both!

He(Danny) asked literally the most basic questions; I told him I wanted a cool car to drive around for the weekends and they had a gray 2008 BMW 135i. You don't know how fast I snagged it. Thanks
