I made an order online and was having trouble figuring out why I didn't receive a confirmation. I called the store directly since I had made the order for pick up. Josh helped me out tremendously. He was patient and made sure he could solve my problem in a matter of minutes all over the phone. Josh displayed excellent service.

I happened to drive by from Big bear so I decided to buy some stuff before heading back home.The manager seemed very helpful all through out my visit. Too and I didn't get his name.But overall a good experience.

Viny gave my son the best experience- 5 stars all around. We went in for his first skateboard and she was beyond amazing. I appreciate her customer service and making his experience magical.

Walked in tonight and was greeted by TJ. All I can say is this young man had great energy, customer service and very helpful.
I walked in and he approached me in a great way. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me my options.
He ran to the back, got the shoes, opened the box and handed me the shoe to try on.
Made the shopping experience awesome!

Serg and crystal really helped me out with picking the perfect valentines gift For my s/o. They treated me with respect, and like I was a friend instead of a customer. Serg Made it a very personable experience by comparing what he would personally wear on any given day, that helped out tremendously. Crystal assisted me with looking for sizes, telling me about deals, and signing me up for an account with Zumiez! Overall an awesome experience and I ended up leaving the store with amazing products all within my budget :) thank you guys so much! Hope this gets to you.

Just came in to see if they had a spitfire hoodie I wanted and ended up buying a lot more they have great brands at good prices the staff was very friendly and helped me out with the questions I had I would highly recommend if you are looking for good clothes at good prices.

Went in tonight the get my boyfriend a new jacket. The two that helped me were amazing & were sure to grab me the size I needed and showed me other food options while I was trying to pick one. Prices can be pretty high, but that has nothing to do with their customer service which was exceptional!

Went to buy a pair of shoes but didn't check them before I left the store, wrapped them and gave them as a gift. I think I was more surprised than the person who received the gift...totally not the shoes I asked for!!!
Went to the Zumiez at their Montebello location to exchange the shoes for the pair we wanted. Made sure they grabbed the right shoe this time...come to find out when we were on our way home that they were the wrong size.
We are currently on our way to the Ontario location to exchange them, hopefully for the last time to just be done with it.
This was such a disappointing experience but I guess I now know not to rely on Zumiez employees to give us the right shoe or size.

My boyfriend and I came into this Zumiez to buy a skateboard deck for my boyfriend's little brother. We ended up buying a Dragonball Z deck with clear griptape to go with it. We asked if the staff could put the griptape on the board for us, and they confidently responded with a resounding, "Sure Boss." Sounds pretty reassuring, right? At least I thought it sounded comforting. We then we received our deck back. I mean, the griptape was on the board. But, the staff member doing the griptape had accidentally stuck the griptape to the bottom of the deck, ripping off a part of the graphic on the bottom! He handed us the board with the graphic down, and quickly disappeared before we had realized it. We brought it up to the staff, and their reasoning was that since it's a skateboard it'll be ruined anyways. I bought a new board! I expect it returned to me in the same condition I bought it in. Regardless of what's its intended use, it is not their responsibility to take the liberty of ruining it. All the manager could do was give us back 5% of what we paid. Keep in mind, I didn't pay for a damaged board. It was completely fine when we bought it. After being completely disturbed by the result, the manager ended up giving us 10% back. I guess it's something, but it doesn't make it right. Zumiez in a nutshell is overpriced to begin with. This store needs MORE TRAINING with their staff. If you're going to get someone to do a job, make sure they can do it right. If not, be prepared to accommodate for the mishaps. Unacceptable.
