I love to bring my family here. They have great food and excellent service! The lighting and the energy in the restaurant leaves a great ambiance as well.

At one of our favorite restaurants, Dragon Palace, in Stanwood, that we only get to like twice a year. The best, freshest, most authentic Chinese food!!! And I can actually eat much of their food because no soy!!!!!!!!!! And they have out of this world service!!!!! Plus, bonus, the entire place feels like you're outside on a patio but you're inside a giant gorgeous building with restaurants and a old school movie theater. There is also a Pho and Mexican restaurant in this building as well. Worth the drive I promise. You won't forget this place and you'll definitely return again and again.

So, when you eat at the Dragon Palace or any of the restaurants in that building, you can eat outside on their patio, which is inside 'old town Stanwood.' It's kind of like eating dinner on a movie set. The food is phenomenal and so is the service. John had Sizzling Rice Soup (it actually sizzles!) and orange chicken (the plate is enough to feed four people, actually his bowl of soup is too, we took more than half of each home). I had a 'cup' (which is really a large bowl everywhere else) of wonton soup (don't worry they make their wonton soup without shrimp). In fact, that's why I've never had the sizzling rice soup because it has a lot of shrimp in it along with tons of bbq pork and veggies.
21 sept. 2014Avis précédentWe chose The Dragon Palace because of yelp reviews. However, it was even better than the reviews hinted at. The service was friendly and quick. We ate "outside" which is in the beautiful lobby of the cinema designed to look like old town Stanwood (I'm assuming), very well done. The food was incredible. I had a "cup" of WonTon which was actually a huge bowl that I could barely finish but did because it was so delicious and filled with veges, it was only $3.50. I could easily eat that soup for the rest of my life and be happy. My husband had the sweet and sour pork combo which was $14.95, a steeper price then we're used to but well worth every penny. The pork was so fresh and perfectly cooked, I've never had pork that was so tasty, the pork fried rice had chunks of pork in it and just like the entree there was a lot! The meal also came with foiled chicken, an egg roll, and two fried prawns - all delicious. To top it off the combo comes with ice cream which tasted homemade and fresh. In short, we loved our meal and the experience and recommend this to anyone.

Food has really changed since covid. Ordered BBQ Pork fried rice, sweet n sour chicken and chicken chow mien pan fried noodles. Very bland, not a whole lot of flavor. Will probably start looking for another Chinese food restaurant to try. What a shame, because it used to be really good. Service was excellent though!

The people were nice and the atmosphere was nice but the food was just okay. My fried rice was not fried all the way it still had white rice in it and it tasted pain to me. My chow main was good tho and I enjoyed eating that.
My husband got the spicy chicken and they asked how hot he would like it. He told them 4 star but it wasn't. It was maybe a 2 star for spice. It wasn't hot at all and he was disappointed.

Second time trying this place. Again... sitting here with no drinks. The meal is almost over, and we will ask for beverages to be removed from our bill since we didn't receive it again. Worst dining experience, both times we have tried. And food is just... ok.

Buck W.Quincy, États-Unis492361866 mai 2022Very ho hum that would rival Panda Express. Service was fair. The taste of the food was fair but cold. As fast as it came out I'm sure it was fresh from a warming dish if it came out of a microwave it would have been warmer.
The Moo shu pork was served with thick flour tortillas wtf is that about. Usually it it served with a very thin flour pancake.
Edit down to one star as 3 of the 4 people got food poisoning from here stay away if you don't want to spend a day in the bathroom. The fourth person didn't have any of the moo shu pork.
I'm not sure how this place has passed the health code

First time visiting Dragon Palace, Stanwood Wa. I ordered Mongolian beef dish $20.00 dish. My plate was brought before me and I was astonished at the VERY small amount of beef on my plate. This was a complete rip off, I ate my food, (nothing that great) I spent the rest of my dinner asking others for some of their stacked plates. I made mention immediately of my disappointment with the quantity and quality of the dinner to our server. Nothing.
I will never bring another party of 10 to this establishment!
